They have expediated product to us when we have experienced shortages. One example that took place not too long ago involved them shipping us 15,000pcs of ½” flat head red oak plugs to cover us when we experienced an inventory shortage. They have been a good partner of ours. Their service has been stellar. Even during the dark days of the pandemic, and shortages were becoming the norm, we did NOT experience any shortages on the plugs & buttons the Cincy Dowel supplies us with.
