Shipping Information
Shipping Costs:
Due to the custom nature of our products, shipping costs will not be listed at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated when the order has been completed and entered into our system. The shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. If you require a rough estimate, you can email bethany@cincinnatidowel.com. Please be sure to provide the items you are wanting to order, quantity, and shipping address.
Shipping Carriers:
We use UPS, FedEx, USPS, and all major LTL carriers to ship your orders. The most cost-effective shipping carrier will be determined based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Shipping Time:
Orders for stock items are typically shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been processed. However, this timeframe may vary based on the volume of orders being processed as well as the size and complexity of your order. For large quantities or items that are out of stock, lead times could be approximately 2-3 weeks. Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, we will include tracking information on the final invoice that will be emailed to you the morning after the order is shipped. You can use this information to track the delivery of your order and ensure that it arrives on time.
International Shipping:
We do offer international shipping, but unfortunately, we are not currently able to have those orders entered and processed through our online store. If you are a customer outside of the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us via phone, email, or through our Contact Us page.
